How Do I Reserve Equipment

We make it convenient for busy families. A few simple steps are necessary to ensure your rented baby gear is waiting for you when you arrive.

  • Submit a Reservation Request

  • You will receive a rental agreement within 24 hours

  • Upon completion of the rental agreement we will contact you to set up delivery


Why Would I Rent Instead Of packing It All Or Borrowing

A majority of air carriers not only charge extra baggage fees but have reduced the number and weight of luggage that is permitted. It can be costly to try and bring all the baby gear you will require while travelling. Renting will save you time, space and reduce your stress. Book your gear today and let us provide you with peace of mind before your holidays start.


How Far In Advance Should I Reserve

We request a minimum of 48 hours notice, however to ensure availability we recommend that you reserve as early as possible. Sometimes it is not always possible to provide notice and we will do our best to fulfill your request. Please submit a reservation request and inquire directly by telephone for orders placed with less than 48 hours notice. 


Is There A Minimum Rental Period Or Charge

We offer daily rentals and can provide a discounted rate for rental periods longer than 10 days. We do require a minimum 2 day order of $100 before tax and delivery.

Unlike hotels, we do not force a check-in and check-out time so that your family can have as much flexibility as possible. We count each day that you have the gear. We do not double book our days because we need time to inspect and clean the items. If you were going to use the equipment starting early evening on Monday and returning the items the following Monday morning, we would count that as 8 days. We try to be as flexible as we can on this.


What Is Your Cancellation Policy

You may cancel all or any portion of requested Services up to 6 days before the delivery date and receive a refund of all applicable fees. If you cancel all or any portion of requested Services 5 days before the delivery date, you will receive a refund of 50% of all applicable fees.  If you cancel all or any portion of requested Services 2 days before or day of delivery, you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee

Any changes including adding baby equipment to your order can be made at any time. Baby equipment will be subject to availability. If the change occurs after delivery and payment has been processed then the credit card supplied will be amended to reflect any change in fees.


Is There A Delivery Fee

We charge a $30 to $75 delivery fee that includes pick up.

For example a South Atlanta, Kennesaw, Stone Mountain and Lawrenceville delivery would be $75. 

Rush orders that are processed and delivered same day or next day will incur and additional $15 rush order fee.

If a client is required to be present for delivery and is 30 or more minutes late for either dropping off or picking up an order a $15 late fee will be applied.

We do not deliver or pick up on Thanksgiving day , Christmas eve, Christmas day or New years eve. If you require service on one of those days you will be billed for that day and we will pick up on the following working day

Can I Pick Up The Gear Rather Than Pay The Delivery Fee

Not at this time. We are working on making this possible in the future.
